Financial Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced financial services environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys working independently and as part of a high-performing team. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring all dealings with customers are carried out in a professional and courteous manner.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25-30k per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is maintained as per company procedures.
  • Maintain all standards of performance as required by the firm.
  • Submission of new online applications/top-ups and processing of paper-based applications for life, investment, platform, and pensions business.
  • RUN COMPREHENSIVE IO ACTIVITIES FOR EACH PIECE OF BUSINESS WHETHER IT IS NEW BUSINESS, TOP UPS, AND ANY OTHER POLICY VARIATIONS.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of the firm's administration and client service requirements.
  • Understanding of the provision of advice to clients in a compliant manner as detailed in the firm's compliance manual and procedures.
