Job Title: Financial Administrator / Client Services Specialist

  • Job Description:

Our client, a leading IFA firm, is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator / Client Services Specialist to join their high-performing team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration skills, a strong technical knowledge of financial products, and a courteous manner when dealing with customers.

  • Main Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include ensuring all customer dealings are conducted in a professional manner, undertaking product and market research, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to company procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining performance standards, ensuring CPD is up-to-date, and processing financial applications compliantly.

  • Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial products, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have a comprehensive knowledge of the firm's administration and client service requirements, as well as an understanding of the provision of advice to clients in a compliant manner.
