Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Premier Inn Edinburgh City Centre. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared and ready for guests.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide guests with accurate information.
