Brightwork Ltd is seeking a seasoned Finance Administrator to join their team temporarily at their office. The chosen candidate will be working in a fast-paced Finance Department during a busy period for the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with various finance department administrative tasks
  • Serving as a contact point for the finance team, handling calls and inquiries
  • Aiding in monthly reconciliation, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Updating systems and spreadsheets while maintaining accurate records
  • Performing general administration duties including scanning and data processing

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a finance-focused administrative role, ideally within Purchase Ledger
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages and quick to learn new systems
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
