About the Role:
Circle Health Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient Care. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records, adhering to Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) standards.
- Conduct yourself professionally, adhering to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) framework.

- Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing or equivalent.
