About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient Department at Malvern Community Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to patients attending our Outpatient Department, working closely with Consultants, Specialist Nurses, and Community Services Teams.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, promoting patient-centered care and adhering to Trust standards.
  • Facilitate the day-to-day running of the Outpatient Clinics, working collaboratively with other team members.
  • Document care given and maintain contemporaneous records, adhering to Trust policies and NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Participate in health promotion strategies, as agreed by Outpatient Manager, and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered RGN/RMN with experience gained during pre-registration training.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
