About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner - Learning Disabilities. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and plan individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of service users
- Develop and implement care interventions to promote independence and well-being
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide education and support to service users and their families
Requirements
- Current registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 6 months paid experience in a learning disabilities setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
