Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established group operating nationally with over 14 homes in total.

Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse, you will work in a small 40 bedded home with the support of a medication trained care practitioner. You will be the named nurse for 20 residents who are elderly/frail with future palliative care needs and some residents who have Parkinson's.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centred care
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans
