Network Talent is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities across the property technology sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated sales professional to lead the sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of estate agencies, investors, and developers, and will be responsible for managing a team of sales negotiators, identifying new business opportunities, and generating a long-term pipeline of prospective leads and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team and develop new business strategies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
What We Offer
- A competitive basic salary of £50,000-£60,000.
- OTE: +£20,000-£25,000 (uncapped).
