Children's Social Care Team: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Child Welfare Advocate to join our team at Bath & North East Somerset Council. In this role, you will work closely with vulnerable children and families, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, with experience working with children and families who have experienced trauma or adversity. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, providing comprehensive assessments and reports, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our service users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
