**Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant for Child with SEN and Behaviour Challenges**

Location: Keynsham

**Salary**: £90+ per day

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one support to the student, helping them stay on task and engage with the curriculum
- Implement behavior management strategies, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create individualized education plans and monitor progress
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on the student's progress and well-being
- Assist the student in transitioning back into the mainstream classroom, providing support and encouragement every step of the way

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children with special educational needs and behavior challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- A relevant qualification in education or a related field
- Enhanced DBS check
