Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Grant's Foods Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase sales revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management

Requirements

  • Proven sales management experience in the food industry or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in conducting sales presentations and closing deals
  • Knowledge of the food industry and retail market
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
