About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our team at PAN TRADE. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in education and providing different levels of observations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting young people in education and daily living activities
- Providing different levels of observations and ensuring the safety and well-being of service users
- Liaising with external agencies and families/carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., mental health, social work)
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly young people with mental health needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
