Product Content Assistant

At Primark, we're looking for a skilled Product Content Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Content team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define attribute requirements for Product Details Pages to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Lead Test and Learn activities to optimize Product Details Page execution and improve digital KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the SEO Team to ensure Product Details Page execution is optimized for Natural Search requirements.
  • Facilitate left-hand navigation and merchandising requirements to reduce manual website population.
  • Manage the quality and timeliness of all product launches within your categories.
  • Provide final QC of product information, copy, titles, and images ahead of launch.
  • Review customer and market data to continuously optimize PDP execution.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working in digital retail.
  • Proven ability to drive digital retail experience and journeys for customers.
  • Experience with PIM & DAM systems is a plus.
