Product Content Assistant

At Primark, we're looking for a talented Product Content Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Content team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define attribute requirements for Product Details Pages (PDPs) across various categories, ensuring seamless execution and optimal digital KPIs.
  • Lead Test and Learn activities to develop PDP execution, driving improvements in conversion rates, bounce rates, and ATT.
  • Collaborate with the SEO Team to optimize PDP execution for Natural Search requirements, enhancing our online visibility.
  • Facilitate left-hand navigation (LHN) and merchandising requirements, reducing manual population of website functionality.
  • Manage the quality and timeliness of product launches within assigned categories, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Provide final quality control of product information, copy, titles, and images before launch, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency.
  • Review customer and market data to continuously optimize PDP execution, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital retail, with a proven track record of driving digital retail experiences and journeys for customers.
  • Experience working on projects within cross-functional stakeholder groups, delivering significant operational projects on time and to brief.
  • Proven ability to effect digital KPIs through front-end improvements to the customer experience.
  • Familiarity with PIM & DAM systems is a plus.
