Our Sales Executives are the face of our dealership, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of vehicles and associated products.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, setting industry benchmarks.
  • Drive vehicle sales, along with service plans and insurance, maximizing profit and earnings.
  • Engage with customers through follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-ins, and test drives.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging every opportunity to maximize earnings.
  • Maintain a detailed and up-to-date diary system.
  • Actively contribute to a high-performing sales team, aiming to surpass both personal and team goals.

Requirements

  • A polished professional with a hunger for success and excellent ability to build rapport.
  • Proven experience in the automotive sales industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A Full UK Driving License held for a minimum of 3 years (essential).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
