About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Little Black Dog Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through new lead generation, making sales calls, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and make proactive sales calls to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably telephone sales
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Data entry and CRM system management skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £26,000 per year, plus an uncapped commission structure with an estimated salary of £30,000 per year (OTE)
- Monday to Friday working hours from 0800-1630
- Holiday allowance of 28 days per year (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
