About Us: At New Way Tuition Ltd, we believe in transforming education for children with special educational needs (SEN) aged 4-18+. We are dedicated to creating supportive learning environments where every child can excel academically and emotionally.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as an Outreach Tutor. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing education and mentoring to students who do not attend mainstream education due to reasons such as SEN, SEMH, or risk of permanent exclusion.

As an Outreach Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering one-to-one and group sessions in Maths, English, PSHE, interventions, and mentoring to students at their homes, local libraries, and schools. You will work closely with the student, their family, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of Literacy and Maths
  • Experience working with children who have SEN
  • A current Enhanced DBS

What You'll Get: A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
