Starbucks Shift Supervisor Job Description

Role: As a Shift Supervisor at EG Group's Starbucks store in Whitchurch, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Location: Whitchurch, SY13 1JZ

Hours: Part-Time / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.25

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
