Starbucks Shift Supervisor Job Description

Role: As a Shift Supervisor at EG Group, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in our Starbucks store.

Location: Whitchurch, SY13 1JZ

Hours: Part-Time / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.25

Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring the store operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
  • Manage the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash
