Role: Starbucks Shift Supervisor

Location: Whitchurch

Hours: Part-Time - 16 Hours Available / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.25 per hour

Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our welcoming Starbucks Store. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, promoting sales, and increasing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store when the Manager is not present
  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure store cleanliness and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Participate in making beverages and contributing to the overall store experience
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve store objectives and goals

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience or experience in hospitality/retail
  • Ability to work late nights and closing shifts
  • 18 years or older
