Starbucks Shift Supervisor Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team at EG Group. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Starbucks store, leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and improve profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
