About the Role

iO Associates - UK/EU is seeking a seasoned Service Manager with a strong background in ITIL and ServiceNow experience, holding an active DV clearance. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • ITIL Service Accreditation
    • Hold ITIL Service Design accreditation, or have extensive experience working with the full ITIL lifecycle.
  • Service Design Implementation
    • Have a proven track record of implementing ITIL Service Design in a large, complex transformation programme.
  • Stakeholder Management and Leadership
    • Develop strong stakeholder management, leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Service Strategy and ServiceNow
    • Implement a Service Strategy, ideally in an organisation where this may not have been fully developed.
    • Have experience with ServiceNow, workflows, catalogues, and automation of service provisioning.
Requirements
  • ITIL Service Accreditation
    • ITIL Service Design accreditation or equivalent experience.
  • Service Design Implementation
    • Proven experience in implementing ITIL Service Design in a large, complex transformation programme.
  • Stakeholder Management and Leadership
    • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills.
  • Service Strategy and ServiceNow
    • Experience with ServiceNow, workflows, catalogues, and automation of service provisioning.
