We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team at iO Associates - UK/EU. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of IT services to our clients, ensuring that they meet the required standards and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ITIL Service Accreditation: We are looking for a candidate with ITIL Service Accreditation, preferably with an ITIL Service Design accreditation, but overall experience of working with the full ITIL lifecycle is essential.
  • Service Design Implementation: You will have experience of ITIL Service Design implementation background, particularly within a large, complex transformation programme.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management, leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills are preferred above technical skills.
  • Service Strategy: You will have experience of implementing a Service Strategy, ideally in an organisation where this may not have been fully developed.
  • ServiceNow Experience: Experience of Service Now, workflows, catalogues, and automation of service provisioning is essential.

Requirements:

  • Active DV Clearance: You will require an active DV clearance.
  • Hybrid Working: You will be required to work on-site one day a week in a hybrid environment.
  • Rate: The rate for this position is outside IR35.
  • Length: The contract length is 6 months.
