Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant Vacancy

Ribbons and Reeves Limited invites applications from experienced Teaching Assistants to join our Primary and Early Years team. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our students with special educational needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and implement individualized learning plans for students with SEN
- Assist teachers in developing lesson plans and activities that cater to diverse learning styles
- Support students during lessons and breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is £24,000 - £27,000, offering a competitive weekly salary of £460-520. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from our SLT team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a SEN TA
- Strong academic background and teaching skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the SLT team and other staff members
