Role Overview:

As a Financial Operations Manager, you'll plan and manage client assignments, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll coordinate with clients to understand their needs and decide which tasks should be done in-house or outsourced. You'll also create budgets and timelines that meet client expectations. You'll delegate tasks, review staff work to maintain high standards, and ensure everything stays on track. Team management is part of your role, including providing constructive feedback, conducting reviews and appraisals, and making sure milestones are met on time.
