Role Overview:
As a Financial Manager, you'll plan and manage client assignments, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll coordinate with clients to understand their needs and decide which tasks should be done in-house or outsourced. You'll also create budgets and timelines that meet client expectations. You'll delegate tasks, review staff work to maintain high standards, and ensure everything stays on track. Team management is part of your role, including providing constructive feedback, conducting reviews and appraisals, and making sure milestones are met on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies
- Lead and manage a team of accountants and financial professionals
