Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Folkestone. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers, while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and interview candidates for a variety of roles across different industries, utilizing your expertise in recruitment software and social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from shortlisting candidates to arranging interviews and negotiating job offers, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records in our recruitment management system, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment or sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
