Behavioural Support Specialist in a Learning Environment

Academics is committed to nurturing a supportive community for our staff to progress and develop their skills when supporting children with additional needs. We are seeking a Student Behaviour Advocate to join our team in Newbury, supporting students aged 4-16 years old.
About the Role:- Focusing on building trust and rapport with students
- Helping students learn and practice healthy coping mechanisms
- Tracking progress and implementing education plans
This role offers a competitive salary of £80 - £95 per day and is based in Newbury. As a Student Behaviour Advocate, you will work in a specialist education school with purpose-built facilities and a variety of resources.
We value self-assured individuals who can act as role models to our students. Experience supporting children on a personal or professional level is welcomed, but not mandatory. Relevant education or previous experience is also beneficial.
