Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Personal Shopper to drive personalized experiences for our clients at Threads Styling Ltd. in London.

This role requires you to build strong relationships by understanding clients' tastes and lifestyles, encouraging repeat purchases, and client referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve an annual sales target of £600k, using strategic planning and pipeline management to meet goals.
  • Build & Retain Client Relationships: Develop a loyal client base, leveraging tools and strategies to enhance customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Engage Clients Through Appointments & Sourcing: Conduct client appointments locally or internationally, respond to item requests, and proactively source products.
  • Collaborate with Team & Stakeholders: Uphold operational excellence, train junior team members, and coordinate with key operational staff to ensure smooth client journeys.
  • Develop Content & Expand Reach via Social Media: Create engaging content for clients, drive customer acquisition through social channels, and keep up with trending products to meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an assistant or equivalent in a junior sales role within the luxury fashion industry or at Threads Styling Ltd.
  • Social media savvy and confident with learning to use new platforms.
  • Has extensive product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market.
  • Team player.
  • Flexible and able to be hands-on.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical approach to solving problems and improving processes.
  • Commercially astute and willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Cultural fit for a late-stage start-up (resilient, problem-solving, quick learner, etc.).
  • Understand how to engage, empathise and up-sell with High Net Worth, luxury customers.
  • An autonomous self-starter – always thinking of new ways to tackle challenges and thrives on pressure.
  • Motivated by personal sales targets and thrives on exceeding them.
  • Flexible and hungry to develop their skill set and industry experience.
  • Bonus points if you are fluent in another language.
