About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Older Adult Mental Health Team in Hereford. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will work with older adults with complex health needs, providing assessments and interventions. Your expertise will be valued in formulating care, delivering training, and leading service development.

Key Responsibilities

Assessments and Interventions: Provide psychological assessments and interventions for older adults with complex health needs, including neuropsychological assessment.

Active Contribution to MDTs: Contribute to multidisciplinary teams, providing case discussion and care planning with an emphasis on sharing formulations and evidence-based care.

Specialist Expertise: Develop an area of specialist expertise, as part of our programme of evidence-based therapies for older adults.

Supervision and Teaching: Provide formal and ad hoc supervision to other staff, including trainees, as well as providing teaching and learning opportunities.
