About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic in-house UK Support Team at Signagelive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support to customers via various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software and hardware technologies.
  • Assist with the replication of issues and provide detailed documentation for future reference.
  • Collaborate with our global Support and Technical Teams to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Participate in daily support calls to share knowledge and best practices with the team.
  • Escalate complex issues to our 2nd Line and Senior Sales Engineer teams as necessary.
  • Log and track all issues, feature requests, and tasks to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
Requirements
  • Fluent English and French language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware, Windows platform, and application support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
