We are recruiting a Warehouse Department Lead to join our team at Stafforce Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role and make a real impact on our business.
About the Role:You will be responsible for leading the warehouse department, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with our policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the movement of goods, including receipt, storage, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, using SAP and standard work procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular risk assessments and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a contributory pension scheme and generous holiday entitlement.
