About the Role:

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Worker to join our team in Lincoln. As part of our team, you will be supporting students with autism to thrive, fostering breakthroughs and milestones each day.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist children with special educational needs in their learning and development.
  • Work closely with teachers to implement individualised education plans.
  • Support students in achieving their academic and social goals.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or in a support role is preferred.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to working with diverse needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to promoting the well-being and development of students.
  • Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
