Special Needs Education Assistant

Aspire People is seeking a dedicated individual to work as a teaching assistant in a special needs school located in Lincoln. This long-term contract offers an opportunity for individuals with experience in the care sector to utilize their skills within education.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students in Key Stages 1-4, developing social and cognitive development through collaborative efforts with a class teacher and team of assistants. The supportive senior leadership team ensures a positive working environment.
This position is ideal for those from an education background or those with experience in healthcare/support work. A competitive salary of £87-£93 per day will be offered. Additionally, the opportunity to extend or work on a flexible basis is available.
