Bookkeeper / Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Personal Assistant to join our team at Kate+Co. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Managing Director and assisting with bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Process and send invoices on a quarterly basis
- Perform bank reconciliations and HMRC checks
- Assist with creating spreadsheets for accounts and bookkeeping
- Provide personal assistant duties and ad hoc receptionist support
- Experience in a bookkeeping or accounts assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- 9am - 1pm, Monday to Friday
- Fully onsite role
- 21 days holiday + bank holidays
