WeDo RPO is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. Our client is a leading supplier and installer of high-quality double glazing windows, window fitting, doors, and Curtain Walling in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns
  • Reconciling bank statements on a weekly basis
  • Maintaining accurate work-in-progress records using spreadsheets
  • Assisting with management accounts and financial reporting
  • Maintaining a fixed asset register
  • Producing balance sheet reconciliations and daily/weekly KPIs
  • Submitting weekly cash flow reports

Purchase Ledger:

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

  • Working with purchasing teams to approve invoices
  • Inputting invoices and reconciling supplier payments
  • Creating supplier payments and liaising with suppliers

Credit Control:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Chasing customers for payments
  • Creating sales invoices and accounts
  • Assisting with valuations and verifying credit insurance

Wages and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing weekly fitter wages, monthly staff wages, and monthly factory wages
  • Reconciling control accounts
