Bookkeeper and Credit Controller

CV-Library is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Credit Controller to join their team at a leading repair centre dedicated to providing top-quality service.

The primary responsibility will be to maintain the financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

  • Record daily financial transactions and complete the process
  • Verify that supplier accounts and the ledger are accurate and align with the accounts/transactions recorded
  • Handle payroll promptly and process accounts receivable/payable
  • Arrange monthly, quarterly, or annual reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial documents
  • Assist with budget preparations
  • Contact suppliers/customers to pursue invoices/payments
  • Keep up to date with any compliance regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bookkeeper / Credit Controller or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of software: Xero, Autoflow, Sage
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday

Benefits:
