Community Psychosis Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis (STEP) service team at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust.
Job DescriptionThis is a rewarding role that involves providing care and support to individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis. You will be part of a well-resourced and supportive multidisciplinary team comprising mental health professionals, carers, and peer support workers.
Main Responsibilities- Assess and develop individualised care plans for clients with first episode psychosis.
- Provide education and training to clients and their families on managing symptoms and maintaining well-being.

Person SpecificationQualifications- RMN, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy Qualification
- Current registration with relevant professional body

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
