Housing Concierge Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housing Concierge to join our team at Home Group Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our buildings, while providing exceptional support to our customers.

About the Role
  • Work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends, to provide coverage and support to our customers.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to incidents, ensuring the well-being and safety of our customers.
  • Conduct regular patrols of our buildings to identify and address any potential security risks or concerns.
  • Provide personalized support to customers with complex care needs, working collaboratively with our wider team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their individual needs and preferences.
