Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our Outpatient Services team at The London Clinic. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care by collecting blood samples and ensuring the smooth operation of our phlebotomy service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of blood samples for laboratory testing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Provide excellent patient care and communication, ensuring patients are comfortable and informed throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in phlebotomy, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of phlebotomy procedures, including venipuncture and capillary puncture.
  • Basic life support certification and ability to maintain a high level of physical fitness.
