We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our Outpatient team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the organization of clinics and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow.
  • Provide chaperoning and support to medical staff during outpatient and ultrasound procedures.
  • Work under the guidance of a registered nurse to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Assist in the coordination of patient records and administrative tasks.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field.
  • Evidence of updating clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Phlebotomy skills and experience.
  • NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
