BNY Mellon is seeking a skilled Fund Dealer to join our Unit Trust Dealing team in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing operational tasks, processing unit trust trading, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process unit trust trading and update client accounts or company records
  • Execute correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner
  • Respond to client inquiries and investigate errors
  • Provide product knowledge and technical assistance

Requirements:

  • Experience in dealing with clients over the phone and written communication
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent client service
  • Ability to adapt to change and use initiative to overcome challenges
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Understanding of unit trust dealing and settlement processes desirable
