Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team at Claims Recruitment Services. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice claims, from first notification to conclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and implement claims strategies, working closely with Underwriters to win and retain business.
- Liaise and negotiate with customers, brokers, claimants, and their representatives to achieve successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with external advisers and experts to ensure the best possible results for our clients.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Claims service by identifying areas of opportunity and developing innovative solutions.
Requirements
- A part-qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Paralegal, or Claims Handler with experience in handling Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice claims.
- Strong policy coverage knowledge and experience across a broad range of policies and types of business.
- A solid understanding of litigation and the legal process, with knowledge of dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
