Employment Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of employment issues, provide expert legal advice and support to stakeholders, and advocate for members at meetings to ensure their interests are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess employment inquiries and offer advice on contractual concerns, salary issues, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage and conduct proceedings, which involves preparing statements and disclosure bundles.
  • Work in the office one day per week, with one of your three working days being a Friday.
  • Have at least 3 years PQE and be able to demonstrate through experience handling high volume advisory work.
  • Have exceptional organisational skills, adept at handling intricate cases and workloads with efficiency.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by a client-centred approach.

About the Role:

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, working 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and be able to demonstrate their expertise through their experience.
