Employment Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team at ENL Legal Recruitment. As an Employment Solicitor, you will play a key role in overseeing claims and litigation in the name of solicitors within the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent and advocate for individual Union members in tribunals, courts, internal hearings, and other proceedings as needed.
- Offer legal guidance and assistance to colleagues on issues impacting professionals in the region.
- Contribute to the training of staff and Union members on legal matters.
- Interact with clients and other stakeholders to provide exceptional levels of client care.
- Qualified solicitor with 2 years' PQE and experience working in employment law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with dedicated secretarial support.
