About the RoleWe are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants. In this rewarding role, you will support the planning and delivery of teaching, learning, and assessment activities across a range of curriculum areas.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of engaging lesson plans and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences
- Assist learners in achieving their goals by providing individualized support and guidance
- Maintain a purposeful and supportive teaching environment that promotes student engagement and well-being
- Maths and English L2/C grade qualification or working towards it
- Level 3 supporting teaching and learning qualification
The salary for this role is approximately £22,900 per annum.
