We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team in Sheffield Outreach, Chesterfield, Derbyshire. As a Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to adults with varying conditions such as learning disability, Autism, mental health, and physical conditions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with personal care, budgeting, shopping, medication, cooking, cleaning, and attending appointments
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a person-centred service
  • Develop and maintain rapport with service users to ensure their needs are met
