We are currently seeking enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join our team in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and supporting children's development, both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORTING CLASSROOM TEACHERS IN DELIVERING CREATIVE AND ENGAGING LESSONS THAT INSPIRE STUDENTS TO LEARN.
  • ASSISTING WITH THE PLANNING AND PREPARATION OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES, ENSURING LESSONS MEET THE NEEDS OF ALL PUPILS.
  • PROVIDING PERSONALISED ONE-TO-ONE SUPPORT TO STUDENTS WITH A RANGE OF NEEDS, INCLUDING THOSE WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS (SEN), TO HELP THEM OVERCOME LEARNING CHALLENGES.
  • MONITORING AND ASSESSING PUPIL PROGRESS, OFFERING FEEDBACK, AND HELPING THEM ACHIEVE THEIR INDIVIDUAL LEARNING GOALS.
  • PROMOTING POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR AND ENSURING A SAFE, SUPPORTIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL PUPILS.

What We're Looking For:

  • A GENUINE PASSION FOR EDUCATION AND A DESIRE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF CHILDREN.
  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A TEACHING ASSISTANT OR IN A RELATED EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT ROLE (PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL).
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH PUPILS, STAFF, AND PARENTS.
  • Competitive Daily Rate: £80-100
