Are you ready to take on a challenging role as our Sales Channel Manager? At Mous Products Limited, we are committed to creating innovative products that make a positive impact on people's lives. We are seeking an experienced individual to drive the growth and development of our fastest growing sales channel on Amazon. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our company's future by leveraging data insights to inform broader business strategy.

Key responsibilities will include taking ownership of our Amazon marketplace strategy, developing and evaluating hypotheses using data analysis, and managing a team. As a highly skilled and experienced individual, you will bring a solid track record of success in similar roles, particularly in DTC brands, e-commerce aggregators, consultancies, or start-ups. We require someone with strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and commercial acumen. Additionally, we expect our ideal candidate to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be willing to learn and adapt quickly, and thrive in an agile environment.

Our competitive starting salary is £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience. This position offers a range of benefits, including flexible hybrid working arrangements, regular team and business socials, and participation in our Charlie HR perks package. Other perks include a cycle-to-work scheme, employee pension scheme, employee assistance programme, and 30% discount for F&F on all Mous products. Furthermore, after five years of service, you will be eligible for one month of paid leave.
